While at B.F. Signoretti, we purchased some beautiful pieces as a family, and our experience is never to be forgotten. The tour was wonderful and very educational. It really is amazing what they can do with the glass. Next, we visited to shop, and everything was beautiful. My husband decided that we should make some purchases together as a family.... More

We fell for the water taxi ride our hotel organised as a gift, we arrived at Murano where we were lead into the glass factory that looked like it no longer produced, we watched a demonstration of glass being blown into a delicate horse by a bored and unresponsive gent. Afterwards we were led to the showrooms of beautiful and... More

Hotel Royal San Marco organised a tour to the B.F Signoretti glass makers. Well worth the short water taxi ride across to Murano. Got to see the glass blowers in action which was fascinating, they are true artists. Then a wander through the product showrooms, the massive glass chandeliers were crazy over the top in scale and detail but incredible... More

This tour was so fun! I learned so many interesting facts! The blown glass is amazing. They of course try and sell you pieces but they are NOT pushy in any way. They give you your space to look around. The gift shop had lots and lots of beautiful affordable pieces!

This was set up as a complimentary tour by our hotel, Royal San Marco We loved it! It was the one thing I wanted to do more than anything. My bucket list had a Murano Chandelier on it and we did it! We got a very fair price and we could have chosen several more items. I was very much... More

Hey simply beautiful, if not extremely expensive, Murano glass factory on the island of Murano. The pieces are beautiful, many of them by famous artists, the prices are extremely high and this is more of a collectors establishment than a regular retail store.

Set up by the Hotel, Gritti Palace. We were picked up at our hotel by water taxi and taken directly to the island. We were greeted by a lovely hostess upon our arrival and taken inside. We were offered coffee or wine - took the wine! Had a very pleasant time watching a couple of fellows blow some glass and... More

This trip was complimentary from our hotel which was great. The private taxi ride over to Murano was brilliant. The "tour" of the glassblowing consisted of a total of 5 minutes of a guy making a vase (no color). The other 30 minutes was spent with our "guide" showing us the showroom and souvenir shop. I would have really wanted... More

Dear Visitor, As the tour guide has surely explained to you, August is a Holiday month for the furnaces: they all shut down because of the very elevated temperatures, but we guarantee a little demonstration for our guests (usually a small horse or a small vase that obviously carry no colour); furthermore, we do not want our visitors to stay... Thankyou Daniele for taking us on a tour of the glass factory, showroom and the displays of gorgeous artworks. Dan and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and even made a small purchase of the beautiful goti glasses and carafe as a set. I'm looking forward to them being delivered very soon. We would have loved to buy the sailing boat too.... More
