I have now been twice and can't wait to go again. The landscape changes with the seasons so is worth to go at different times. The park is huge and there's lots of hiking trails (10-16Km) and easy walks (1-3Km), there are walks for everyone....More

We went in the winter and of course, it was cold and windy. But the view was amazing and we enjoyed it a lot.

The "Prom" is an absolute must if you are in the vicinity - You have to go and see the beauty of this natural wonderland. We visited in the winter and there were very few people here. From the size of the Car Parks, I...More

Went there in winter and loved it. Absolutely stunning and hardly any people. Beautiful beaches. The hike to Sealers Cove was incredible, though not for the less adventurous. It's 9.5 km each way from Mt Oberon car park and can be steep and slippery in...More

I think this is a MUST GO place for anyone coming to Victoria or if you live here. I try and go each year and always love it. We just stayed in the new 1 bedroom units, which were great. Plenty of walks, less then...More

Bays, forest, mountains., you name it. the Prom has it all. Undeniably among the best places I have ever visited in my lifetime. You could start by risking yourself at the Five island's unprotected forest walk, or try the exhausting but remarkable Mt Bishop trek...More

We visited the Prom in early July. Cold and wet but absolutely stunning. Stayed in the Tidal River caravan park. Lots of sites. Good facilities. Great for families. Great walking tracks that are well signposted. A small kiosk with simple hot food. Highly recommended.

I had not been to the 'prom' for 40 years and wife first time. Things have changed a lot- now have bitumen roads, professionally made viewing points, nice walking tracks, car parks, camping areas, kiosks, peace and tranquility. Panoramic scenery, -- but it was almost...More

HI Timobecks, I've visited Wilson'sprom last June (mid-June) and it was fantastic. The best thing about the trip on winters would be that you'd not feel exhausted at all after the treks. Expect high winds but you'd love it... More

It's about a 20km round trip from the lighthouse. Roaring Meg campsite is closer. That's about a 7.5km round trip. I'm assuming that you already know that you need to walk there? You also need to walk to either the... More
