About
Kids come first! Kids find a fun playground right next to the Front Slopes. When the adults enjoy some skiing on the slopes, the sledging hill and daily activities at the Kids' Land offer lots of fun and things to do for the younger members of the family. At Kids' Land, there are two poma lifts for children to practise skiing. You can borrow sledges, sliders and stigas for children to play at Kids' Land area. If you get cold, warm up in a Lappish hut next to a blazing fire while enjoying a hot drink. It is also possible to bring along your own packed lunch or grill sausages in a hut. The indoor day care center Tenavatokka is a safe and fun place for the smallest kids and babies. You can bring your children to play and do handicrafts whenever your family needs a break. All events at Kids' Land are free of charge!

Great area with 2 button drag lifts and 2 easy slops to learn and practice on.
The only negative was getting to it, it's a bit of a walk uphill or you can use the anchor lift, depending on your skiing ability.

Perfect for families with children of all ages. Two beginner ski slopes which was perfect for my boys to have their first attempt at skiing, serviced by two free button lifts. Next to these is a slope for sledging, not the biggest but good enough to put a smile on all our faces. This was our second trip to Levi, and everyday on both trips we went sledging! They do have some sledges there, but if you prefer sledges are cheap enough to buy from the local supermarkets and well worth it, not only for sledging but pulling the kids around the resort too.The kota is great, taking sausages and marshmallows to roast over the fire whilst sipping hot berry juice is an experience we will never tire of, just love it! During the Christmas period, Christmas songs are gently played over the speakers, and with the warm glow of the floodlights and the scattering of fairy lights, kidsland becomes truly magical!!! If visiting Levi with children of any age, kidsland is a must!

Booked a week of beginner adult ski lessons and progressed to this area on day two. It's a bit of a walked to the left of zero point but free. There are cute cabins with fires to warm yourself and free warm berry juice. The slopes are gentle with music playing and christmas cheer. There are a couple of steeper bits to try, rollers and a small soft bumper course set up in the afternoon. Toboggan area and not so crowded.

Don’t waste your money like we did going to south point one of the lifts was out of action and only a 30m slope was open for the kids. Zero point is a lot better and the ski lifts are free. Excellent slopes for beginners and lots more to do. Would be better if had lockers as to far to walk with kids from the zero point hire area. Only 4 marks as south point kids land was disappointing.

Hi, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that South Point's Leevilandia did not meet your expectations, but it is nice to know you have enjoyed your visit at Kids' Land. Thank you also for your feedback, we will use this to improve our services further and hopefully you will give Leevilandia another chance in the future. You are warmly welcome back at any time!

Not massively well sign posted if you don’t know where it is. But this place is great and safe for children (and adults) to sledge in the snow on a small hill. Spent a good few hours here during our stay. Always able to find a sledge to use. Great fun and worth a visit with kids. It’s free as well 👍🏻.

We had a lovely morning here sledging and playing in the snow. We met another family and the children had a great time together despite not being able to speak the same language. However we really struggled to find Kids Land, I don't think it's advertised that well. Such a shame. There is an area where cold fingers and toes can warm up too in a kota by the slope. Will definately use again...now we have located it!

This place is excellent and as a family of 3 we loved visiting here. We stayed in Levi from the 23rd to 30th December and this place was so Christmassy. Santa often visited the children, the sledging slope is great and there are plenty of sledges everywhere but take care as there are a minority kids and parents that inconsiderately walk back up the middle of the slope instead of walking around the side of it.
There is a small hut with an open fire where you can warm up and help yourself to the free berry juice and facilities to use so you can cook your own sausages over the fire.
My wife and daughter had a private ski lesson here whilst I had a snowboarding lesson further up the fell and the area is ideal, with free to use button lifts and a very gentle nursery slope, this place is fantastic considering its all free.

Lovely place for kids to learn to ski for the first time. Bit of a walk from the zero point for them if with ski equipment etc but ok of pull it in a sledge. A lovely touch is the hut and fire with warm berry juice and the ability to cook your own sausages there. Access to toilet also good. Great easy button lift to get them started and a great couple of slopes to build confidence. Very sheltered spot in the trees too.

Lovely area for kids. My son learnt to ski here with a couple of lessons with Enni (who was lovely and booked at Zero Point).
Great sledging slope too. Huts with hot berry juice were great to warm up but you did come out smelling of smoke...

We found Kids Labd great as we had just done first time ski lessons and rather than going up the main ski slope we went to kids land where we found the slopes perfect for us to practice properly on. Oh yeah, and it’s FREE!

Hi
We are headed to Levi for 5-9th Dec 2019 and myself and my daughter would like skiing lessons at Kids Land. Do we need to book in advance or do we just turn up on the day and ask for them? Thank you

Hi!
There is only one ski school in the area, you can find the courses and more information at our website. The best is to book the course in advance, you can send your booking request for example by email at skischool@levi.fi.
Warmly welcome to Levi!
