Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

During the return of the rental skis, the shop girl said that the surface of the skis was scratched. She demanded a fee in the amount of a third of the rental price. I am an elderly woman, I skied very carefully and only on the snow, I took not the skis into the city and could not scratch them in any way. It became clear why, when issuing, the seller suggested that I make sure that the surface of the skis was intact: it means that the sellers know in advance that scratches will be visible on the surface, which are hidden by grinding before issuing. It looks like the store has found a way to generate extra income.

Very efficient system of rental - very good quality skis and boots for both cross country and alpine skiing. A little too expensive and annoying how the days are counted - eg renting from Sunday am to Monday am = 2 days. Could also be open for longer in the evening to return cross-country skis...

Our trip to Levi was booked through Inghams and the rental gear and ski lessons are booked though this ski shop. When you want to rent your equipment there are screens to enter details such as email, height weight etc but if you have been before this information comes come once you enter your email. A receipt is printed which you take to collect boots, skis and poles. This is very quick and fairly painless. you do need to have photo ID in order to rent but a driving licence is ok.

The equipment was of a good standard and serviced. If you had a problem just take it back and they will sort it out for you.

There is a small a café area as well as a collection point for ski lifts and bus passes. The cost for bus passes is 2.50 euros per day.

We found a mix for ski lessons. The advanced instructor was very good and our daughter learned a lot from him. The instructor for the novice skiers in our group was not that good, but we found out later in the holiday that she only does lesson once a year.

The slopes are good for complete beginners and intermediate skiers and although there area a few more challenging slopes for advanced skiers some skiers may find these easy to complete. All the slopes and lifts were kept to a high standard and as a family resort has a lot to offer

We hired skis and boots for our family of four at Zero Point. The equipment was fine and the staff were pleasant but we realised afterwards that the prices are around 50% more than elsewhere in Levi.

Zero Point only gives children’s rates up to 7 years old, whereas other ski hire give reduced rates up to 11 years.

The adult price at Zero Point was euro 175 for 7 days, whereas other shops charged euro 122. Overall, we paid 150 euro more by purchasing through Zero Point, so do price check before you hire from them and shop around!

Zero Point is where you go for lift passes, lessons etc so they have a bit of a captive audience where rental is concerned. Whilst the beginner lift pass-ski school-kit package is good value, if you are intermediate, shop around (Elan highly recommended, excellent service, quality gear and much cheaper- book on line for 10% discount). As more experienced skiing parents we were able to help our kids try their boots on to ensure good fit. If you are new to this there is very little help at Zero Point as it's so busy. Ski bus costs extra unlike European resorts. €3 per day but much cheaper than hiring lockers (extortionate) to save trudging with gear back and forth to your hotel. Alternatively, buy a sled from the supermarket for €10. Apart from the extra fun, it serves as a carry pod for all your ski gear.

Be prepared to queue for ski and locker rental BUT be prepared to pay extortionate rates to rent ski and boot lockers. You have to rent them separately and pay for each person. Ski locker €6 per person, per night and boot locker an additional €3 per person per night. For 3 of us this would have totalled an extra €216 on a holiday that had already cost over £4000 with Inghams to get there, HB and lift passes (which do NOT include use of the ski bus) had we used the ski & boot lockers and paid the extra for the bus it would have cost us an extra €350 on top of an already expensive holiday. Levi ski resort need to look carefully at the lift pass / ski bus prices as when the lift company shut the gondola you HAVE to use the bus to access the rest of the ski slopes. Bit of a cheek to have to pay more!

We used Zero Point pretty much everyday on our week Holiday, we rented our skis etc from here. The process is really easy and works well, the only thing I would moan about is the lockers in the far corner near the cross country skiing hire is very narrow and when lots of people are down there together it can get very awkward.. and hot!

Apart from that great people, great skis and nice atmosphere.

The Cafe was excellent, especially enjoyed the cheese sandwiches, doughnuts and hot chocolate! Great place to have a rest or warm after skiing lessons.

Booked 5 days ski lessons for my son including ski hire and storage, the staff are all excellent and really helpful easy to book ski passes hire correct equipment and even got a good deal on some goggles. The ski instructors were English sealing and really friendly my lad enjoyed his lesson every day. If you can afford it book ( days as most people only book 3 if your lucky like us you get 2 days one on one lessons.
Money saving
Buy a helmet from Aldi in the ski specials saves hiring, and goggles.
Check with your hotel some offer free storage areas for equipment, take some rope there’s plenty of sledges around you can chuck all you stuff in tie it down and pull it around!

Thank you Leevi for Great snowboard teaching. I took 2 x 90min teaching with Leevi and learned to snowboard. I had a but of previous experience but He was really Good teacher and adjusted His teaching according to my skills.

It was very easy to book the school at zeropoint. I recommend to book well in advance to get the desired timing.
