Lovely venue for a wedding, gorgeous lake and grounds and a lovely converted barn that's perfect. However, the barman on the night wasn't in the party mood at all. All the other staff were well dressed, polite and jovial however the barman was wearing tatty...More

Half way between a Country Park and wild countryside this is an excellent balance between the two. It doesn't have the ye old rustic look that the National Trust can do. Instead there are steps up to the top of the waterfall (Buzzards View) that...More

We visited the falls several years ago and thought they were great. Didn't walk them today though due to rain and having aching legs after horse riding. The cafe was extremely busy but staff were nice. The food was ok although I had a ginger...More

A very large country park for all ages to enjoy, the walk up to the top of the waterfall is quite a hike, but there was lots of benches to rest on. We walked around the lakes, which was a nice stroll, with lots of...More

Our first time to the falls and all I can say is WOW! Certainly worth the steep climb up to the top of the falls. Plenty of photo opportunities along the way. Fairies to spot, amazing cafe and kids park to keep you entertained.

I’m so sorry that this spoiled your evening and I will talk to him about it. We do get all of our drinking water from the tap outside as we have a very small sink behind the bar which you can’t comfortably fit a glass...More
