It was very nice to see a 500 years old castle. It is held in a good condition. They could give more info in other languages. But overall, it was a nice trip. We woukd come again.

This big castle has dramatic views and soaring towers, stone walls and amny rooms including torture rooms with instruments. It is quite photogenic. Any kid would love it, it is almost out of a fairy tale. Worth the effort to get there.

I am a fan of the courtyard in front of it and the inner yard. During the summer months, it is packed with tourists. There are not so many things to view inside, but you can take great photos.

We did a road trip through Romania and this was definately our favorite castle. Beautiful! Maybe a bit away from other tourist attractions.

If you are interested in staying in a Castle, you have the fortress in Alba Iulia where you can stay. There is a Medieval Hotel there and the distance is only 1 hr drive
