Very helpful staff helped us book an outing around our travel requirements (didn't want to drive across the island in the evening after an afternoon outing). This is a much smaller boat than other operators on the island (max 10 passengers) and therefore has very limited facilities onboard and probably isn't ideal for young children. However for us it was... More

Always a pleasure to go out with the small boats from oceano. That's the way whale and dolphin watching should be done. Small groups, the captain has a great knowledge and the dolphins are carefully approached and they stay in a distance. If the dolphins come to ride the waves beside or in front of the boat ok but never... More

Very nice trip. Good guiding. The boat is an old genuine fishing boat. Good view around and very little risk of getting sea sick. We were lucky to see a group of whales very closely.

Great boat and friendly crew. On top of that a beautiful day and some pilot dolphins. We were informed of how the dolphins live and environmental aspects were also considered.

A very friendly way of watching whales and dolphins in there natural habitat. You get close to the abimals if they let you and there is no hassle or chasing just to see them. A great trip off the coast

It was for me the first time on such a small boat and my first trip to watch dolphins and whales - and I could not have been in better hands. Nicole and Carmen took great care of us, shared a lot of details that are important to understand water-wildlife, and most of all I loved to get infected by... More

Just a brilliant trip. We saw spotted and bottle nosed dolphins. We were up close to the animals when they wanted to play and race the boat but kept a good distance when we saw a hunting school. Our guide melaine was warm and enthusiastic. to be aware before you go there is no shade so you need a good... More

Having reviewed the different whale watching tour operators we decided that Oceano was the one we wanted to go with. Their respectful and conservation minded approach to whale and dolphin watching was the most important thing to us. Some of the other operators offering sangria and a tuna lunch was not what we were looking for! We had left booking... More

Once you`ve done a tour with OCEANO you kinda get addicted to it. Some years ago I already went on a tour with OCEANO and had amazing sightings and also this time I wasn`t disappointed at all: Bryde`s whales close to our boat and almost in touching distance - maybe the most amazing thing I`ve ever seen! The crew was... More

We had two trips while on holidays recently and both times were lucky to see both spotted dolphins, in their hundreds, and pilot whales. Boat was roomy and we got individualised English explanations, as others on the boat spoke German. Take plenty of water with you if hot and be prepared for climb up or down ladder from harbour wall,... More
