Its the only viewing deck to watch the surfers do their trick. It is made of rough lumber, the stairs are steep and you really need to watch your step carefully. Government need to invest in renovating it...considering tourist really flock the area to watch...More

The tower is a bit dated but the place is rocking with people of different nationalities all seeking one thing: SURFING! Waves are not that strong when I visited but given I'm a newbie, that's actually good news. A very memorable experience, indeed.

We just loved the boardwalk and the tower. Make sure to be there before sunrise. Just go to every deck and see the beautiful sceneries.

Cloud 9 Tower is actually the viewing deck of the surf spot. There are alot of nice places to stay nearby. Sagana Resort Kawayan Resort Boardwalk at Cloud 9 Resort and many more.
