History at its best in the heart of Mundaring Weir. The whole area is really lovely especially in Winter, give you the history of C Y O'connor and trial and tribulations of building a Water pipeline 600 odd Kms to the Goldfields - Kalgoorlie

WA does tourism so well, as illustrated by this large tourism trail. Well signposted for 70% of sites, informative interp' panels, genuine historical sites chosen and it all links well together
