Went in for a hot drink...staff no more than schoolkids, no social or customer service skills,not trained...completely hopeless. Manageress drifts around doesnt engage with the staff,doesnt support them and spends more time flirting with one of the managers. Dont bother...take your own drink and snacks.When...More

Brilliant place for relaxing by beautiful waters with great woodland walks or bike rides. Bikes can be hired at Bewl. Cafe a little under stocked so could do better. Parking price is good for the day. Good for family fun and quiet walks alike.
