Visited with my mum. It was our first day skiing in 2 years and we were very achey. We upgraded to access the adults only section however some of the adults behave worse than the children! We also rented towels which made life easier. I think 2 hours was plenty to spend here. I loved the sun lounger shaped bits... More

We visited the facility last week as we needed a day off skiing. The facility itself seems well kept and clean. There are different baths to try of varying temperature and feature. The problem was that the baths were completely overcrowded to a level of awkwardness. Worth a visit but don't expect to stay longer than an hour.

You'd think at the prices they charge they'd restrict entrance so that the pool was not unbearably crowded, but this is not the case. Children absolutely everywhere including making noise in the quiet areas. There was a band playing outside on the day we were there and that was a lot of fun. The adult only area ( at an... More

Its a public baths, not really a "spa" You have to wear tight fitting Speedo type swimwear if you're a male, (including pre-pubescent boys), girls you can wear anything you like! The argument was something to do with hair ??? though no compulsoary swim hats, thank goodness! If you don't have the regulation swimwear you will be sent out to... More

I nearly didn't come to the Spa, mainly due to poor Trip Advisor postings. However on the recommendation of another couple who visited last week, we did go one afternoon after skiing. The place isn't your top Spa Hotel at £90.00 This is a public spa at 20euros. and was well worth it. The place had plenty of variety and... More

This place is a SCAM, A RIP OFF, A DUMP! Don't take my word for it, here are some reasons from the top of my head: 1. Regardless of what type of shorts/etc you have, they're not ok, staff tells you "sorry you're not allowed in those. But don't worry! You can buy the correct ones from our boutique!" but... More

We tried to visit the baths today but we're disappointed to find they were closed now until December. They closed on 21st August. What a pity that neither the web site or tourist information web site advise this. Quite a few people were turning up today not aware of the closure

Le Monetier les Bains, as "les Bains" means there is someting linked with water, has a spring of hot water that this big complex exploit.. and it does it very well.. It was renewed about 7 years ago in order to welcome more people and the result is very good.. even if the wood of the complex already begin to... More

This very nice spa was well above expectations! Even though we came in high season and it was quite busy it was a pleasure to use all the facilities. We travelled two families with 5 kids aged between 8-13. They enjoyed the warm outdoor pool the most with its maze like shape and fountains. The big indoor pool with a... More

Recommended by our travel rep this Thermal Spa must be experienced. 38 degree exterior water offers a very pleasant way to relax after a day on the slopes. Whilst not cheap we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will definitely return when next skiing in the area. A free bus service (Ski Bus) runs between the valley villages and drops... More
