It was much better in my youth when you could walk out onto the Nobbies and climb to the top of the hill. Though I expect the hill is in much better shape with no one climbing it.

Filling in time before the penguin parade. The shop is well stocked with warm clothes and blankets for those of us who were already wearing our warmest clothes and needed more! Use your car club (racq) membership for a good discount.

We didn't see any seals, but the walk up to the blowhole was nice. The boardwalk is in great condition and our kids enjoyed the walk. You may just see some penguins in their homes on the side of the boardwalk.

Loved the Boardwalk and the excitement of seeing whether any penguins were at home in their boxes. Lovely walk to a blowhole and amazing views of the ocean and surrounds.

The nobbies are a rock formation caused by nature. Stunning! It's a must see! Try and go around an hour before sundown as it looks beautiful at that time. A sunny day would be perfect.
