It was interesting to tour the historic olive oil presses and learn about the process of harvesting, pressing, and mixing the oils. Fun to taste different oils. Great little gift shop with fun selections! It’s a quick stop, but definitely worth 30 minutes to see.

Nice tour of the mill and presentation of the process during harvest. Gift shop offers lots of items and samples of several infused olive oils. Great place to pick up a small souvenier and/ or gift
