My daughter and myself like going here as it's handy, the place is clean, the staff are friendly, big free carpark, few eating places and a big Asda all in the complex. The only thing I don't like are the seats they are very uncomfortable especially if you're watching a movie which is over 2hrs long, I move about in my seat quite a bit to get comfortable. I book our tickets online so that I can pick our seats but usually when we go there's nobody else there so we can sit were we want.

Big free car park outside. They were the only theatre near me showing the film I wanted to see in 3D, so big points for that. Only £4 for a 4.40pm viewing - a bargain. The seating in screen 2 is steeply banked, so everyone's view was good and clear or each others' heads. My seat was fine. One glitch was that when a place name like San Franciso was up on screen, as part of the film, half the letter S was missing off the side. The same was evident on the right hand side later on. We weren't seeing either edge of the movie. Oops.

I went to this cinema with my friends for a birthday party. We ordered our food and drinks and my drink alone (a regular fanta cup) cost £2.50. I was shocked by the price and it wasn't much better for the snacks. One of my friends bought a nacho set and when tasting them found the nachos tasted like cardboard and the cheese was spicy making the nachos soggy and spicy. The film was good and the staff were very friendly. In the cinema room my only other problem was about the cleanliness of the room itself. There was popcorn all over the floor and other seats and drinks were spilt over the corner of seats and the floor.

They score for putting on a film later at night than their Carrick counterparts; a 9.20pm showing (Carrick - one hour earlier, didn't suit us). £7.10 for a ticket. I still find their seats a little uncomfortable; I was still shifting around. There was a draft, an air current I could feel on my face. Not so good. Huge free car park outside the door.

£7.10 for a 5:20pm showing of a film. My seat wasn’t the most comfortable; I kept having to shift around. Not so good. Staff were good; the one coming in to clean up afterwards waited until we had all gone before starting the job. Loads of free parking and some restaurants just outside.

I went to see a dumb superhero flick at night. It was gone from other local cinemas already, so “hooray” for Larne Omniplex. The movie was billed to start at 20:40, and the advertisements started exactly then. There was one film trailer at 20:51, a couple more ads, then the movie began.

I found the blue lighting on the ceiling a slight distraction during the film. We were in screen 3. It has one aisle, off-centre. The only place for a wheelchair would be away to the right, beside the bin. Seven pounds ten pence for 1 adult ticket. They did not ask me where I wanted to sit when I bought the ticket. I was allocated C4, but chose to put myself somewhere else entirely; the place was mostly empty.

The restrooms are fine. Loads of free car parking outside. Dominoes is next door, and the lights were still on when I emerged at 23:30. For extra fun I went to see what The Stern and Olderfleet Castle looked like at night, afterwards.

Saw another film here a month ago. We all ate in Cafe Riva next door before the film. Its a good restaurant.

Go on a Tuesday and get it even cheaper. Very handy to restaurants within walking distance if you want a bite to eat.
