Very nice location and very hospitable hosts
Aug 2020
San Leonardello is a very nice location. The rooms, garden, swimmingpool are very good. The location is near to nice places you camn visit easily, like the Etna of Taormina. The hosts are very nice people. We enjoyed the breakfast and the excellent dinners we had in the garden under the olive trees. The homemade limoncello we got after the dinner is also recommended.

We travelled from Catania by bus, so had to walk several hundred metres uphill with our cases. The views are fantastic , when clear from Etna to the beach with orchards and the town below, even Calabria.. Good regional food when dinner is served, after a cooking class. Generous breakfast, friendly family and staff, comfortable rooms, clean swimming pool, it was great for us to relax. Well suited if you have a car.Agriturismo on the fringe of Giarre village. Look at the price.

Beautiful day of Cooking in Sicily
Jul 2014 • Family
Our family had a great day at the Agriturismo San Leonardello Cooking class! The property is stunning with a view you can't beat full of lemon trees. Everyone was very welcoming and warm. We were staying in Taorminas and checked online for a cooking class and this one sounded perfect. This place was only about 20-30 minutes away and is well worth a trip. It was a nice mix of hands on cooking and just watching cooking. We helped roll the pasta and zest the lemons and make up the lemon leave wraps. Enjoying the food at the end was beyond fabulous! It was so much to enjoy and each course kept getting better! We especially enjoyed their homemade Limoncello! Would highly recommend!!
