Perhaps this just isn’t really my thing, but I found this pretty dull. In the end, it’s just the front wall of an old cathedral, there’s really nothing else there and I couldn’t really get all that excited about it. It’s heaving with tourists too,...More

We visited the site because it was walking distance to the Grand Lisboa Casino, and the image is so iconic of Macau. It was swamped with crowds of tourists, probably visiting for the same reason as us. All trying to find the best spot on...More

4th visit here and more hassle with mega parties with flags waving. Prices for food are twice the price from the backstreets 300mtr away. Take your own food and drinks, it is a climb so take plenty of water.

The place was very busy, but the place is very nice and a kind of a must see in Macau. Normally the view from the front facade is enough.

The Ruins is well maintained and clean. It's a landmark of Macau and though throngs of tourist visit, you still feel awed by it. Police patrol the area frequently so it gives a sense of security.

Wasn't sure what to expect when visiting Macau old town. Took a day trip there on a Sunday and the place was absolutely heaving from the square all the way to St Paul's. Take a few steps off the beaten track and there wasn't a...More
