We stopped after halfway through our trek around the circumference road. Shady, cheap, relaxing, but after a group or two vans of tourists showed up it became too crowded too quickly so we bailed to continue our trek.

Literally. This is a place to kick back with a cool drink and let the tiny fish massage your toes in the pool beneath the old enchanted balete tree. Beware, they tickle though. Be very careful whilst under the tree if it's been (or is)...More

Huge tree with a spring underneath which feeds the fish spa. Ask the staff about the person who lives in the tree and they'll happily tell you about the fascinating urban legend

Nice stop on our way back from the falls and also refreshing fish massage too. The tree is pretty cool to see and also if one needs a bathroom, they have nice clean one for 10php

As we arrive at the enchanted Balete tree I had this some sort of eerie feeling, but as I started to submerge my feet on the cold, crystal clear water the refreshing feeling started surmounting. Moreover, the bewitching fishes who feed on dried skin cells...More
