We arrived early and we were the only tourists there. There are small stores where you can have coffee and bread. The place is well maintained. Not much to do except for fish foot spa and take pictures. Since the place is just along the main road, you might as well drop by to see the enchanted balete tree which... More

We arrived, part way through our loop around the island and it was just 15 minutes past Cambugahay Falls. The entrance fee was p10. Unfortunately, near the entrance was a monkey in a tiny cage, wearing a diaper and clothes with a sign saying not to touch or feed. I do not support exploitation of animals, and it was extremely... From our hotel, we rented a tricycle to see the island and our first stop was the Enchanted tree, The entrance fee - P10.00. We arrived there early so there were many fallen leaves in the pool swimming with the tilapia.. Nice experience to have a fish spa (tilapia). There were souvenir stores near the pool and the prices are... More

Nice pause when you are traveling around Siquijor. Preservation fee is 10 pesos a head the rest is free. The tree is a true beauty and the friendly fishes will clean your feet while you enjoy the view.

First time to experience a fish spa and it is so cheap! For just Php10 you can stay there as long as you want and the fishes will come to you. The tingly feeling is really an experience. And there are big Tilapias too that will sip your skin. Haha! I also met TsoTso, a 9-month old monkey who is... More

Fish spa! Under the shade of Lazi, Siquijor's old and "enchanted" tree is a wide, concreted basin where large and small tilapia fishes swim and feed on every foot dipped onto the cold waters. It's not the balete itself that scares on a broad daylight but the seemingly sharp teeth of aggressive fishes that tickle.
