This is a real hidden gem. There is so much history in this museum, from the original 1919 model to today, with all the variations on the way and entry was free. If you like racing, it's there. If you like military and police vehicles, it's there. If you want to see all the various models and how they came... More

This museum is not very large, and the opening hours are hopeless, but check when it is open and go there. They exhibit one of the most amazing 500cc racers, the Moto-Guzzi V8 which was 10 to 15 years before its time, and before metals and technicals were up to it. The variety of items are good, they show Guzzi's... More

An Amazing world of motoguzzi. An embracing motorbike's world. For Real bikers, a trip on the Guzzi's road through out the history and facilities of an Italian Legend.

Can tick this off the bucket list; I absolutely loved the museum, but then, I'm a Guzzi fan, owner, rider.... But then, my companion is not a fan, and he liked it too! The town of Mandello is adorable, by the way. Spend a night at at B&B (Like La Coccinella) and take in the village sights.

Open form 3:00 to 4:00 daily and free to the public, this is one of those off beat amazing places that should be on your bucket list. If you like history and love motorcycles then go. Get there at 3:00 because the gates may close and you won't get in. From Carlo Guzzi's first motorcycle that he built in 1919... More

Such a wonderful collection of historic Moto Guzzi bikes and in a beautiful location near Lake Como. My only concern is the limited opening hours and the need to check opening dates etc due to closure over the holiday season. I'll be back!

This was a treat to myself. I had previously read reviews of the Museum and I was aware of its main problem ie being open for only 1 hour in the afternoons! I had arrived on public transport, having caught the train from Milan and changed at Lecco to a local service. The Station at Mandello del lario is literally... More

We advice you to go in the morning if you want to take your time, since you have so to see. Whereas us, we went in the afternoon but one hour is too short, we thougth that it will be ok for us. But this is a passionate historical Family Guzzi museum and the time runs so fast... So if... More

We came to Mondello del lario especially to see the museum. A must for any motorcycle fan, A history from the beginning including the infamous V8 moto guzzi.racer. The only draw back is it is only open Monday to Friday from 3pm-4pm but well worth a vist. Entrance to the museum is free and you are able to go round... More
