Really terrible experience, just unhelpful and no replies to any emails at all. I tried to do a refund (after 2 days) and they were so unhelpful!!

I planned to go to the outlet, but ran out of time. I did have the opportunity to go to the shop in Milano (both the one in Montenapoleone and in Rinascente). The boutique in Milano is beautiful- minimalist and well-lit. The salespeople were standoffish at first, but it was because I didn’t connect with a fluent English speaker. After finding the right person, getting sizes, and buying some coats, the manager checking is out was WONDERFUL. He asked about the shopping experience, he carefully prepared our packages, and he held them for us while we went to other shops. An A-1 experience with a major savings over U.S. pricing.

Popped in to see what was on offer and found a world goodies. Some great retro styling and the quality is pretty top notch, the sort of clothing that gives you a smile when you wear it. Shop is spacious and modern, lots to chose from and nicely laid out. Staff are nice and leave you alone, no pushy sales here I am happy to say. Well worth a visit, have a treat yourself moment.

If you are around have a pick inside. The store is a proper one: quite big, they sell not just jackets but everything else(pants, shirts, blouses etc.). The quality is well worth the visit. But their speciality is jackets with down. They are warm and very light. The prices bite though. We bought a winter jacket from previous collections for 350€.

it is a hideous shop opposite an eyesore of a factory, newly build, really just a block of concrete, a total misfit in the area. The outlet is opposite and the factory next to a cemitary. Herno's quality is reasonable but their last nice designs are from the 70's , after that they are clothesmakers , not fashion designers. And they are overpriced. Family management is not always the way to go after the first generation, this is the perfect example of that. They should go back to the 60's 70's creations and pick up from there. Staff at the outlet also unfriendly and seems they only sell at heavy discount sales. They need to pick it up in every sector, design, sales, management, even outlet management. Not worth the stop
