What a great day out! We read reviews beforehand & decided on La Isla. €1 entry each and the same to park - a real bargain considering the facilities - toilets, picnic benches & free bbq's. Hiring of kayaks, pedalos & a fun water inflatable...More

Love this region. Lovely scenery and great for walking/hiking. Plenty of small towns and villages where you can get good local food and drink and at reasonable prices. Plenty to explore.

We rented a 2-person kayak for an hour, for 11E - money really well spent. The reservoir/lake was a little low on water, but it didn't detract from the fab experience. The water was quite clear and lovely to swim in, and the huge fish...More
