After welcome drink, we were given personalized tour of facility. This establishment is relatively new, but design and quality of wines and service is excellent. Following dinner, we tasted additional wines from Trnava region and selected "the most popular" Rizling.
We stayed overnight. Rooms were spacious, free WiFi and breakfast was included. Our car was parked in secured area within fenced facility.

Places like this one are only seldom in the world! Very friendly reception, extraordinary wines, unbelieveable and funny stories delivered by Vlado Mrva and Peter Stanko, comfy rooms (better say "halls") ... and GREAT WINES! I´m sure you will enjoy any minute of your stay, as we did.

We had possibility to visit MRVA & STANKO as a cultural event within a conference (so cannot tell you about prices) and really enjoyed it.
The excursion took us from the old looking tavern through the production part with huge wooden barrels and also stainless steel tanks and finally to the cellars.
First we saw their archive where you could rent a barred cabinet to store your own wines in optimal condition if you do not have a wine cellar. We also visited a small exhibition about wine growing and their wine shop.
Finally we came to a big cellar containing large barrels with different kinds of wine and ended in nearby lounge with a nice view on the stored barrels through the glass walls. There we had a dinner and wine tasting.
Dinner consisted of various meats - grilled, baked etc. - pork, salmon and so on, vegetables and many other things. It was very delicious and the man serving was pleasant and looking like all the food was prepared with love.
For the wines we had tasting of 9 wines - 4 white, 1 rose, 3 red and finally a wine spirit. My favorite one was definitely white Chardonnay 2012. Wine was accompanied by a selection of cheeses - Gouda, Brie, some French goat cheese etc.
Really recommend.
PS: they also offer accommodation so ask them if you are interested
