The market itself has a nice feel to it, and going to the market was our opportunity to see Santanyi, which is really nice and well worth the visit. However, even though the market products are tempting, the quality is very poor. We bought some...More

A refreshingly mostly local and genuine market . Stretching out along lots of narrow streets. Arts and crafts food and cheeses cloths and bags. A somewhat surprisingly old fashioned beauty contest was in full swing !

Went to the Wednesday market by bus from Cala Ferrera. The market was great with some beautiful and gorgeous things. The streets are busy so if you don't do crowds then May be give this a miss as the narrow streets means in certain areas...More

I have been visiting this market for nearly forty years and it improves year on year. The quality of the fruit and vegetables is amazing, and there are also many other items which may catch the eye - honey, olives, salt, herbs, charcuterie, earthenware, clothing...More

We visited the market on a Saturday and it was interesting. A variety of food and clothes stalls throughout the town. Maybe not as good as some of the village markets you find in France but still worth a visit.

We took the local bus from Cala d’or for €2,80 one way. Getting there early was better because at lunch time the place was heaving. Lots of stalls, some variety. Worth haggling. Bought a tote bag with small bag inside for €20 when the same...More

There are a few stalls selling counterfeit handbags but not so much clothes. It is more like an authentic Spanish market with souvenirs and food stuffs
