A lovely location with options for short and longer walks. Plenty of car parking. Unfortunately, the Visitor Centre was closed when we visited with no notices to say if and when it would be open. Would have been 5 stars but for this.

The drive up can take a while because it is this tiny road full of curves but IT IS SO WORTH IT!! This is absolutely gorgeous. One of the most beautiful spots in all of Spain.

Hiking in the spectacular mountains is jyst so beautiful and mentally relaxing! The mountains is definetely not crowded with toutrists in late April. For a Norwgian it's ok to tackle if the temperature is 23 c grades or 4!

Third time I've visited & the place never fails to amaze. Outstanding views & majestic scenery. Stunning drive up to the two lakes. Beautiful hikes, also a mine & a small restaurant at the top.

To the reach de actual Picos themselves in the high season one must use the local bus service that has various stops from Cangas de Onis village, Covadonga cathedral and the 4 (now recently 5) parking lots. I recall the fate... More
