There is a large fountain in the middle of the park, with benches all around. The war memorial is along one side of the park. You'll see the tank at the top, and an eternal flame and wreaths and more.

It's located within close proximity to the center of the city, about 10 minutes walk, and central market (mostly food) on the other side. You might find it lovely during the summer. May find some benches near the shadowy trees. Streetcars running in front of it and a couple of trade centers with banks, cinema and etc. At the top of the Park stands a legend of the Soviet Red army, T-34. A few steps down attached names of the locals who died during the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945, also known as World war II.
