Cleanest ever religious location, ever seen, as we're used to most chaotic and crowded temples all over the subcontinent. But Buddhist places of worship are very charming, calm & serene, to fall in love with the divinity there. This is a beautiful temple and well maintained, very peaceful. Make sure to visit it in early morning or evening, as the heat is too much in Nagpur and will spoil your visit. In afternoon you will not be able to walk bare feet in the long walk to complex. The complex trust need to facilitate footwear stand near the... More

This is a newly built Buddhist temple which was constructed some ten years ago. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet place to meditate, this temple is a ‘must see’. Dedicated to Lord Buddha, Dragon Palace temple was built by Mother Noriko Ogawa Society of Japan. The temple is located in picturesque surrounding of Kamptee town in Nagpur over... More

Surprisingly well maintained place that exudes peace and quiet. It appears to be maintained with foreign funds as the gardens are well manicured and tastefully done up. However we saw a pack of dogs and pigs fighting over the garbage just near the entrance which was a sore sight and some women staff who were talking so loudly that we... More
