We boarded in Puerto del carmen, to a great welcome and then sailed when there was around 30-40 of us.. the service is excellent, great communication throughout and a great mix of people .. 5 hours in total ..1 hour to papagayo 3 hours there...More

They have a closed in area on the catamaran were they serve food and a bar . There is normally 4 or 5 crew members. I just left my bags in full view of everyone so it would be obvious if anyone went near them . Or... More

They don't like you going from the cat to the beach. Our captain let us use the kayaks but told us not to go ashore. Also part of the beach is nudist. So I think it may be a privacy issue. I hope this answers your question.
