The acquarium has a lot of great exhibits. When we went they had a dinosaur exhibit with a good variety animatronic dinosaurs. The acquarium is one of 3 North Carolina acquariums and they also offer several levels of annual memberships.

There is a snake exhibit outside but you can avoid it. I didn't go inside. The person at the front desk can give you a map so you can avoid it.

You can avoid seeing the sharks. There are sharks in the Living Shipwreck habitat in the Ocean Gallery and one shark in the Queen Anne's Revenge habitat in the Tidal Waters Gallery. You are able to see most of the Aquarium... More
