You can catch a bus or walk, to the top.
We went by bus and walked down, the local bus is great cheap and frequent.
Once at the top you pay a small entrance fee.
Great views over the city,bull ring and marina.

Plenty of parking if you can get your sat nav to direct you correctly. It is a long, long way up the stairs. There were a couple of interesting information boards in each of the rooms
