This is a beautiful lake on the way to Nathula pass. Offers yak rides and has a adjoint temple. Yak photos with background lake is a bonus.

Tsomgo lake is on the way to Nathu la. Two and half hour journey from Gangtok. Surrounded by mountains. Not seen snow nearby in November 2017. Whether is very cold. Decorated Yaks seen. Tourists were photographing with them.

Good place, nice for snow falling time. Lonely travellers will appreciate. Must see with Nathula package, try to go before reaching Nathula. If you are tired, you will not enjoy

The view of this lake is really gorgeous, with the onset of winter the lake starts turning blue and beautiful. The curvy roads give amazing delight to the eyes
