This was our closest beach to our villa, just 117 paces from villa gates to beach steps and although where we tended to go, (not far from Es Bruc), was quite narrow at that part, as we tended to just go for a swim and...More
The beach at Santo Tomas is very good for sunbathing and/or swimming as long as you pick the best spot. When we visited in late September, there were two lifeguards on duty coupled with the standard safety flags flying. The sand was clean, and the...More
Nice beach, little accesses to beach, rocky in some parts. Haven’t snorkelled yet.
A nice walk along the seafront, some parts suitable for a pushchair or wheel chair.
Nice sunsets. Access to other hotel bars.
If you are wanting a quiet but nice holiday for young and older children this is the place we stopped in the hotel playa but there are 4 more nice hotels in the area all directly on to the beach . The sea is a...More

Sorry I didn't see this earlier, we just got back from our 5th visit to Santo Tomas. I've written a few reviews on here about it. As you may guess we like it. To say it is so small, there is a good selection of good restaurants, all of which are very friendly. Personal favourites are Es Pins and Malibu Beach Bar but there are others such as Don Tomas, C'an Berto, Lady Hamilton (does a wicked pizza). There is also a small street cafe which does very nice food, simpler than available in the restaurants. We have stayed at Mestral and Llebeig before which has a nice play area, but at the hottest part of the day I would imagine that the equipment is very hot. To sum it up, as I put in a review, if people want a party holiday, they should go elsewhere. Friendly, peaceful and very friendly then it's well worth a visit. Enjoy.
