To get to Guimbitayan beach you can either go by boat or by following the the twisting path through Guimbitayan village. Here's the instructions: Follow the path into Guimbitayan and then follow the motorcycle tire tracks (left, right, left, right, right, left, left, right, right, left) Not surprisingly it's very secluded and a great place to have a BBQ fish.... Nice to sit and chill but beach has a lot of washed up debris and rubbish. Also not bad for snorkeling but again a little too much rubbish. Snorkel tours drop by and there is a wreck dive near by. It's hidden by many fisherman houses one of the more beautiful beaches in Malapascua. Many travellers who manage to find it will be awe by the beauty and serenity of the place. Guimbatayan beach was our last stop during the island tour (by habal habal!) It is very beautiful - pure white sand, clean, powdery, wide beach - and it is really long - must be about a kilometer long. There is a resort at the northern end, if you feel like eating something.
