This is a huge open green space in the heart of Erbil. It could use some loving gardeners, but is still worth a visit. It contains a library, many meandering paths also good for jogging, green spaces for picnics, and a memorial.

It's a nice place for a walk... but it's just a large green space in an otherwise urban setting. I don't see the huge attraction to this place.

The park is very nice for walking. It's great for families and children because of several large playgrounds. It has so much cooled plants in the park. inside is a bit cooler than outside

If you want to escape the urban jungle, the park is well worth a visit. For those who like running, heading here during mornings in the weekends makes the park almost exclusively yours.

The park is very nice. Situated around 5 to 10 minutes walk from our office in English Village. And therefore a welcome break, especially in the evening hours when it's so much cooler in the park underneath the trees then anywhere else without airconditioning. I...More

It's an oasis in otherwise hot and dusty Erbil. Love the smell of eucalyptus and large space to sit in the shade in the evenings. A lovely place for picnics! Nice to people watch!
