Great walking paths and many access areas to the beach. Playground is all ages and lots of different exercise people on the grass area. Was a very windy day but would be a beautiful place for a picnic.

This park is a lovely entrance to the beach and also Broadbeach mall. In January we visited the bimonthly market there. There are taps for rinsing yourself of the sand from the beach. Park benches, tables and some shade to be found. Also has toilets....More

Plenty of parkland and grass areas for any number of people. Very clean with plenty of toilets around. Toilets well serviced by Council. Walking and cycling paths well marked. Exercise equipment along walking path all working and easy to use.
