Stunning and free attraction, really worth paying a visit. If you go why small children, the initial hike may be a bit tiring as you go uphill but it's just for one minute or two.

This was a nice little add-on to our trip, as it is next to the train station where we were picked up by friends. I'm not sure I'd make a separate trip just to go there, but it was a great little hike up and down and all around to view the holes left by ancient melting glaciers.

Well organiced, and with signs that tell the story of the Marmites. Interesting to see the power of nature. They have made a great effort to dig them out and show them in the best way.

This geologically very interesting park is a 5-10 minute walk from the Cavaglia train station on the Bernina line from St. Moritz to Tirano. Very difficult to reach by car (it is not even mentioned on Google maps) but easy from the train. About 20 amazing potholes created by the currents of the sub-glacial streams when this area was deep... More

About twenty glacier pots are open and accessible from the alp Cavaglia. There is a safe walk post signed just follow the signs and you will see all the pots. There must be much more but it is not foreseen to open them yet. The visit is not possible for people who can not walk up a hill. It is... More

Very unusual formations, great overlooking platforms, can also climb down ladders into them! Take the local train there and hike back down the mountain to Poschiavo afterwards ,

From the Cavaglia railway station of the Bernina railway walk ahead to the little road with the advertisements and turn left there. About 500 meters from the railway station there is the entrance to the giant pots. The path is signed. It is more or less flat except the first and the last part of the path guiding you through...
