We stopped in Xuzhou for a day to visit the terracotta warriors and definitely worth it. A splendid park, well maintained, and the ancient little terracotta army was entrancing. All the better because very few people there when we visited (on a Friday morning). Convenient...More

Had received mixed reviews about this place before visiting. However, I’m glad I checked it out for myself as it is well worth the visit. This is the 2nd largest collection of terracotta soldiers in China and the history behind it is fascinating. If you...More

The ground of the museum is huge, and a great place to stroll around. The museum is interesting, though not as impressive as Xian's museum of terra cotta soldiers. Riding on a electric cart to tour around is a good option if you don't want...More

Our visit to the Terracotta Warriors in Xian was a real highlight of our trip to China. The site is still being explored, but what is on display is definitely worth the visit. We spent half a day there, and could have spent longer. An...More

Park is very big and a lot to see. The Terracotta Warriors are very impressive. Especially when you realize how old they are. Spent about a half day touring the entire facility. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Xuzhou.

A well planned and executed half day tour organised by Alex and Element of Wendy Wu Tours. Anybody travelling to China must see these magnificent and intriguing statues. More to see than just clay models in the ground, take your time, wear good shoes and...More

There are quite a number of things to see within the museum complex, and not just the terra cotta warriors. This includes an impressive excavated tomb that you can visit, a "Liu Ancestral Hall" that pays tribute to the luminaries of the Liu clan (including...More

The statues are about 60cm high. They are not as big as the Xian warriors but they are still amazing. They are in the middle of the lake in the Han Dynasty Culture Scenic Area. I just wished there where more statues.

If your in Xuzhou and have 1/2 day this is worth a visit, set in a very peaceful park the Terracotta warriors are worth a look, they are miniature but still amazing to think they are over 2000yrs old and very well preserved. Some signs...More
