Having been to the dams in mid 1980 with the RAF! It was time I visited as a whole and non military person. Lovely visitor centre, spectacular views, just well worth the trip.. You want be disappointed.

Beautiful valley, amazing drive between the 6 dams, scenery was fantastic. Places to walk too and you can hire bikes instead of driving if you wish from the visitors centre.
