Sadly this place is still closed from the pandemic, they do have shops in some local towns but we just chose to buy our shortbread from elsewhere.

Great Wee Shop for Shortbread Lovers

Great wee shop to pop into and get gifts, etc. Drove down just so I could send gifts to friends and my mum staying they were from the factory which they loved.

Rejects at amazing prices

Fantastic deals on factory reject biscuits - £2.20 for 500g packs. Variety of mince pies, shortbread & mincemeat biscuits were on sale the day we visited. Perfect biscuit range was good with nice boxed sets however they weren’t that great value & didn’t seem that much of a bargain.
Staff were welcoming with a cheery hello when we walked in but when I chatted at till about what we’d bought my comments were ignored.
Shortbread is delicious.Better taste than Deans who we visited the next day in Huntley.

AN AMAZING FIND

Located in the lovely Speyside village of Aberlour just off the main street - an absolute paradise of Walker's goodies !
All so, so tempting, and even more tempting are the shelves of supposed factory rejects at fantastic prices - shortbread, cakes, mincemeat pies, biscuits at amazing prices.
Lovely displays and friendly staff too.
A great place to visit.

If you like shortbread this is the place for you. Factory reject shortbreads at a deeply discounted price. Being a highly experienced shortbread person, I can guarantee you'll not find any difference between the first run and the rejects.

I was super excited to go here. The staff was not friendly. Other than the factory rejects the prices for the other merchandise were at or slightly above what you can find in all of the millions of gift shops. There were a few items (decorative tins) that I hadn't seen elsewhere, but was it really worth the trip for an out of towner? No.
It was a little difficult direction wise to get in and out- lack of signage.

Great deals of factory rejects

The shop breath Walkers all around and there's a lot to find however take look at the rejects corner. There are some great deals to fing, the shape might be not as presentable but the flavor is still the same. It's value for money time. Should you look for nice souvenirs, there's plenty to choose from.

I could have stood smelling the air all day :) the factory shop is a must f9r us biscuit fans especially if your not bothered if your biscuits are a little broken at a fraction of the price :) they have a wide selection of unbroken 1s aswell . It's a good job Scotland doesn't have a boarder control as I think we may have been in trouble for snuggling. The only problem was our car boot wasn't bigger enough 😢

I have delivered here many times & always go to the factory shop. It is always well stocked with a wide variety of goodies. I tend to head for the back shelves which contain the "reject" stock in unmarked packaging. This tastes just as good with a lower price, no brainer. Personally I prefer the traditional shortbread and the stem ginger cookies.

Lots of "reject" shortbread at low prices, without compromising on the taste. Also available: "reject" meringue in bulk packs.

Is there a factory tour or only a shop? It would be nice to visit inside and learn about the history of the company.

Hi iam not sure if there's is a factory tour sorry. There did seem to be quite a few people and coaches about when we called in to the factory shop . Sorry I can't help any more might be worth giving them a ring to see :)
