Everything was beautiful in the shops. The artists are all so talented. Wish I had more $$$ and room in my suitcase!

A great was to see some local art and mingle with other travelers. Make sure you stop at Sol de Mexico from unique authentic jewellery made by Mexican artists.

This is a magical evening walk along Lazaro Cardenas. All kinds of wonderful and exotic art and treasures to be found in the many diverse shops. Numerous restaurants with different kinds of food and entertainment, local arts and crafts and interesting sights to see. Not to be missed.

During our visit, we reserved Thursday evening for the "Art Walk". It was our first time to do this. It was a still night with no breeze but otherwise a pleasant walk. Several of the " higher end " stores remain open and the streets and nooks have vendors of many sorts. Our friends bought some candy from a street... More

The idea is neat and definitely worth a one time investigation but there are not many stores around to partake in the weekly event . Also there does not seem to be much variance in the displays. iThe sample tasting is a nice touch but I am more interested in the event than the food. ,

This is one of my favourite things to do in this area, all the artists open up their spaces to the many visitors. Make a night of it and enjoy dinner as well. We have done this night for years and still enjoy all the sites. It could be a family outing depending on your background and if the kids... More

We went a couple times as there were lots of venues and artists to enjoy. Book signings, talking with artists are the norm not exception. Friendly visitors and lively walk.

A fun evening in the town with open galleries and tidbits to sample from many food sources. Friendly people and a fund experience.

Not sure we saw everything there was to see, but it is always a treat to see original works on canvas, or sculpture, in a cultural setting.
