Nice tour, friendly staff, great wine and snacks and cool Wire Haired Pointing Griffon ;)

We REALLY enjoyed everything about this place. My husband and I came with my daughter, son-in-law and their 3 year old daughter. We actually arrived a little early and they were very accommodating. One gal talked to us until the other lady (owner?) arrived. We were also greeted by a very friendly dog...a Wire Haired Pointing Griffon (we used to... More

This is a great winery and Marta did a great job. It was fascinating to see their cellars and hear the history. The wine was outstanding and very reasonable, we shipped a case home!

Villa Sant'Anna was recommended by another winery we originally booked for our wine tasting but got cancelled due to their schedule conflict. Villa Sant'Anna is exactly what I have in mind when I tried to find a winery to visit. A small family business run by 6 generations of women on a lovely property. Margherita was our hostess. She walked... More

We stopped there after drinking their wine in a restaurant in Montepulciano. The lady who hosted us for the wine tasting was charming and gentle. The wines were really great! Go there and have fun!

Took a visit here after our Airbnb host left a bottle of their wine. The wine tasting experience was fantastic and different to our other experiences at bigger wineries in the area, much more personal feel. Wines are reasonably priced too... Definitely worth a visit

This was the first of 2 wineries that we visited on our recent trip to Tuscany and we loved it. The tour of the property was informative, especially the Vin Santo room, and the tasting afterwards was great. And paired with local cured meats! We bought a case that was e100 to ship back to California and we're eagerly awaiting... More

We were a party of 6 that visited on a recommendation. Simona, the proprietress, hosted us for tasting and Tuscan appetizers. The wine covers the full spectrum and was very enjoyable, particularly her Rosso and Nobile. We ordered several cases to be shipped home to the states (approx 100USD per case). When you do the math versus buying the same... More

What an incredible experience visiting Villa Sant'Anna was. First a tour of the winery buildings and family home, with one of their skilled and knowledgable employees. After the tour we were taken to the underground tasting room where we spent a couple hours tasting 5 different wines and enjoying breads, local cheeses, meats and bruschetta and a dessert. The gracious... More

Beautiful old buildings. Our group of 15 asked for appetizers with the wine. Beautiful spread with meats, cheese, bread. The winery is run by three generations of women. Two took part in the tour and tasting. So knowledgeable. Fun to see the differences of perspective between the generations. Very enjoyable afternoon.

This place offers a tremendous value. Located in the center of the tiny town and not well signed, the iron gate opens onto a courtyard surrounded by the winery buildings and home of the family who has been farming here for five generations. We were initially a little bit disappointed that we could not see the vineyards (located elsewhere) but... More
