Very good with children , my 5 year old loved it , instructors deserve a recognition for their kindness and patience esp Majo and Emese , however I’m very disappointed in a way we were spoken to at the entrance by one of the employees , older lady in grey sweater who reminded us of ms Trunchbull her behaviour was unexceptable considering we are paying almost 700 euros for a private school for 6days , there was no customer service and she shouldn’t be employed at the children’s facility if she doesn’t know how to speak to people , we weren’t told we have to pay extra for an entry to the school although we already payed a substantial amount and the previous days we weren’t charged extra , suddenly this woman standing at the gates asking for more money , which wouldn’t be an issue , but the sarcastic face and the shouting with no explanation for extra money and guarding the entrance like Cerberus is definitely not a service we would expect from your establishment ! Lost out on a session because of this unschooled individual with primitive manners which made my 5 year old boy very upset.called a school for explanation where I was told that there’s extra fees for an entry , which could be avoided completely if you employ a sane human and explaines calmly at entrance instead of a sarcastic shouting and vile behaviour , needless to say how upset we all are and hopefully you can invest 5 minutes time to retrain your employees how to behave in civil manner

E-mail communication with them very quick and effective, they try to speak/ write your language. Overall make good impression. There is well prepared - special kids zone, special lift just for lessons. Have it all too make a very good place but...
- we asked for course in Polish, they gave Hungarian... not really similar languages...
- there is "no refund" policy - you can't resign if your kid does not want something or dislike ( and those with small kids know how things evolve..)
- there is no information prior to your visit that you need to pay extra for entrance to THEIR premises!
- training itself is 30% more expensive to other schools in the area
- if you select a group lesson then it may even be 10 kids --> they can't really learn anything and seem left alone
Overall I am not satisfied.

Have everything you need to teach little children skiing - equipment rental, instructors, animators, fun parades and parties for kids. Little cafe to have a break. A little bit small so can be crowded when school groups all come at once.

Located at "Park Snow" ski resort Patty Ski is a good place for your kids to start learning skiing. Our kids really liked their instructors.

Organised transfers from Bratislava to Donovaly with Patty Ski. Driver was waiting at airport when we arrived and was very friendly. Also, quality service when hiring equipment at a very reasonable price. They also did some running repair to my snowboard and did not charge me.

Just came back for a magic winter holiday in Donovaly.The slopes are affordable for every level of difficulty,even for those never skiing before this place is just the ONE for learning to ski and find relaxation and pleasure in every moment.For children, the Fun Park is just ideal for learnig ski and having fun,for adults, the place is just the ideal place to spend the winter holiday.Prices are very good, for renting complete equipment both adults and kids find everything needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful, ski passes are affordable enough - I truly recommend the 8 hours flexible ski pass - for us this flexi ski pass gave the opportunity to take our time of skiing, playing in the snow and relaxing for a drink.Patty Ski offers also a good variety of food and drinks in their restaurant, excellent quality for excellent prices and the order is prepared quickly, no need to wait for hours to be served!.The fun doesn't end in the afternoon, as the given opportunity of evening skiing - until 9.Not too far from Bratislava, Donovaly is 230km away and +-2 hours driving on an excellent highway.We truly regreted our vacation ended and we are 100% sure to come back.
