Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My sister and I first visited Kildare Village 5 years and ago and except for when it was closed for covid, we have been returning twice a year since. We were in the village yesterday and as always, we had a great time and came away with some fantastic bargains including a mulberry bag reduced to €345 and some terrific deals in Molton Brown and Kipling. Jack greeted us on arrival and signed us up for hands free shopping and got us our 2 mobility scooters and Michael in the Concierge office sorted out my gift vocher. We visited the apartment for the first time and were very well looked after by Emily. While we go for the bargains, it is the staff that make the day so easy for us and I want to thank them all for a lovely day.

Vans. Do not bother going into the vans shop. A particular member of staff is arrogant and rude. They would put you off buying absolutely anything even if it were 50c. Seems to have particular notions of importance. If u want a rude service by all means go in. Otherwise I’d keep walking.

Good brands, but not outlet. Prices are for the MOST part, 10% off - you'd find the same discounts on high street. Good options, but not a place to go for a bargain.
Shoutout to The brass band - they are AMAZING.

Having visited many times over the years I always find it hit or miss if I buy anything but without a doubt it is constantly evolving .
You always have something new to catch your eye whether it is a new place to eat / shop or relax by to people watch

Thoroughly disgusted with Kildare Village
and their treatment of myself and my husband today. Targeted by security and told we could not bring our dogs into the Village mall just after they allowed another shopper walk in ahead of us with their dog.
It is not easy to find their anti dog policy on their website. Their website highlights kennels but no mention here or link to their anti dog policy at this section. To get to the kennels you walk through the same village I was not permitted to go through with my dogs. Both were on short leads and well behaved
Kildare Village seems to have different rules for different people as I have frequently seen dogs waking through the shopping mall area which are clearly not going to the kennels.
Shall not be shopping in Kildare Village based on today’s poor treatment.
In total contrast both dogs enjoyed breakfast inside in a lovely restaurant in Naas and where welcomed into The National Stud.

Visited Kildare Village mid week, plenty of free parking spaces. The prices in 99% of the stores are ridiculously high, definitely no bargains in Kildare Village. Having visited Woodbury Common and many other "outlets" in USA there is absolutely no comparison. You will be paying top dollar in Kildare Village. I won't be wasting my time returning to this place. Extremely disappointing!!!

Hi, I am looking for new Clarks shoes for my 2 daughter's. Is it worth the trip from Dublin to the Outlet or are the prices not worth the distance? There isn't any other shop we would be going to there we may wander about but due to the bad weather conditions recently this may not be an option anyway. Please advise many thanks in advance 🤗

Has anyone bought a Mulberry handbag? If so, what sort of discounts can be expected? Thanks

My husband bought me a mulbery bag for Christmas in Kildare Village. It was over €600. It wasn’t my style of bag but guess what. Mulberry refused a refund even though they had nothing that I wanted for that price. I’m disgusted. The manager said it’s their policy NEVER to refund. A sorry and expensive lesson. I picked another bag for the closest price I could get. And the manager charged me €5 extra! The alarm went off as I left the shop and they came after me. I had to go back and they removed a tag they’d missed.
The bags are much better value in BTs better selection and I bet they do refunds for unwanted gifts. Not much difference in price. I’ll never shop in Kildare village Mulberry again. A very unpleasant experience.

I don't think so. All car parks max 2 hours then they might clamp you.
Is there a florist in Kildare village
