Feels like a local hang out! They had champagne and chocolate on Valentines Day. Donated 10% of proceeds to a local animal rescue. Had art from local artists, local products including the owners own work. Mermaid theme drew me in. Prices on art and jewelry were up there even by US standards but the quality and local materials made it worth the price. Other price points on dresses and stickers met more of our needs! Price is only reason for 4 instead of 5.

The jewelry is really really special, one of a kind and has something for everyone! Beautiful stones, extraordinary designs and wonderful craftsmanship. The art, done by the owner is so incredible I’d buy every piece if my Home was big enough and I could afford it, so instead we got pillows of the paintings! Priced very well and a very welcoming space and staff! The owner is awesome! There is also some great clothing and bags. Highly recommend this spot for some great pieces and great conversation!

I was eager to visit Nativa Gallery in Guiones based on what I had read about the jewelry and other items sold there and about Jennifer (the owner) herself. I went on a Sunday where shop hours in the town are varied at best and was so sad to find the store closed. But I hung around praying that it would open and my prayers were answered when I saw Jennifer milling about inside. She has such a beautiful collection of jewelry that she designs. She is an absolute delight to talk to and you feel like you've made a new dear friend after only a few minutes. I ended up buying a light pink ring and pendant (both made of conch shell) and a silver chain. I haven't taken them off since I bought them except to sleep and shower. I've had so many compliments on them already. And they will remind me of the magical time I had in Costa Rica and the afternoon I spent chatting with Jennifer. HIghly recommend visiting Nativa Gallery. It's the nicest shop in town for sure.
