Popped in here just to grab a quick drink and sandwich on way home from holiday..
Met by very pleasant staff and a warm welcome.
Tables well spaced, toilets exceptionally clean, lovely gift shop, nursery with plants etc.
We had have cheese sandwiches and the minted lamb burger.... food was freshly prepared, plentiful and extremely tasty.

Great find and well worth a visit

Had a lovely meal all home cooking 😁
We have stopped here twice now once in the bad snow and were amazed they were open
And just recently
Me and my partner loved the food and our little one devoured his food
Well worth a stop and they have a gift shop if you've forgotten that birthday 😉

Whilst watching the Wales Rally GB me and a friend were looking for a full english to help us recharge having spent 3 days living in the forests of mid and south wales. We drove past this establishment and thankfully turned around to go back. The restaurant is spotless and very comfortable, almost giving a log cabin feel. We ordered 2 breakfasts with coffee and they didn't disappoint. Freshly cooked, piping hot and more than enough to fulfil our need of a hearty breakfast. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. In short, if you want yummy home cooked food in comfortable warm surroundings with lovely staff then don't drive past and if you do turn around as i did. Thank you guys.

Surprise Sunday lunch!!
Lovely place to stop on A5. We called in for a coffee and ended up buying Sunday lunch. Lovely roast chicken dinner for £5.50. Great value.
We will be back.
