Reminded us of the museum at Kingman on Route 66 in terms of its comprehensive content & professional crating. Information on many different aspects of the "channel country" from history, exploration, industry, immigration. Very well laid out with numerous audio visual exhibits.

Charmingly set up museum showing early history of settlement, aboriginal connections, industries including use of channel as transport. Staffed by very helpful friendly volunteers with a nice little cafe with lovely home made at reasonable prices. Well worth a visit. A little gem.
