Went here on the 2nd half of a day trip - spent 3 hrs here and loved it so much I will come back here for my main resort the next time I visit Lanzarote.... Plenty of bars and restuarants on the walkway, shops behind...More

It's a small beach but in a great location origin in the middle of Playa Blanca used by tourists and locals alike. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops on its door step. Lifeguards and showers as well which add to its safe family feel.

This is a small sandy beach right in the centre of town just off the Main Street . This sandy strip is popular ,but always allows room for all and even a broad walk for disabled . There are no facilities but because the shops...More

Popular beach because of its location. At high tide be careful of the ferries reversing in the nearby port. The water is forced in waves up the beach.

Not sure about other times but then (a late afternoon in April), it was very quiet. Many attractions - shops, eateries etc. Very small beach despite the size of the town so may be busy at other times.

Great beach for the family, clean, brollies and beds available if needed, plenty of bars and restaurants near by.

While we had visited the island a number of times previously, we had not been to Playa Blanca. Beautiful resort with wonderful beaches ad great walks. Will consider staying here in the future.

Small sandy beach, with lovely view over to Fortaventura. Can be very windy at times but wall gives good shelter.

Tiny beach - would not even call it a beach. Small expanse of sand. Promenade has several shops. A couple selling designer shoes, restaurants and the rest selling the usual tourist tat. Decidedly unimpressed with the place to be honest.

Plenty restaurants will be open. There are bars though depends what you mean by busy. It isn’t a party destination, more folk sitting around having a quiet drink.

There are mosquitos. They are not a problem near the coast or on the beach as the water is salty. There are not many but they do gain access to the houses and buildings and hide up during the day and come out to feed at... More
