After many years of coming to menorca I have only driven to Son Bou as a stop for refreshments. Parking right by the beach and access on to the raised walkways makes it easy for all. Beautiful white sand stretches in both directions and facilities...More

Wonderful place to relax...walk on the beack or along the dunes path. Just beware if you are offended by nudity stay close to the Son Bou end! Very clean, crystal clear sea.

Great sandy beach starching for miles. Its beginning to show overuse though - litter and crowds at times. There has been significant sand erosion along the beach, a bad winter storm might make it worse.

Just got back from menorca had lunch at restaurant on the beach beautiful place very pretty hired car for the day went to this beach would recommend it to all that go there Go have lunch on the beach watch the world go by

We were in walking distance of the beach so never had to use the parking facilities. The beach was very popular and the car park always seemed very busy so I'd suggest it'd be an early (ish)start to guarantee a parking spot... More

I went by car myself, but from what I can see on the Internet it should be ok. You should be able to take a bus up to Alaior, and then an other from there down to Son Bou. The route might look complicated on a map, but a lot... More

Yes, Wind Surfing, canoes and pedalos available on main beach area nearer Son Bou resort
