Principe Corsini Estate stretches out over a hillside covered with vineyards, olive trees and woodland. It is set in the very heart of Chianti on the main road from Florence to Siena, only 16 km south of Florence. The Renaissance Villa, one of the finest in Tuscany, stands on the highest hill in the very centre of the estate. The Italian garden overlooking the valley and the vast fourteenth century wine cellars and oil jar-storage, built into the embankment in the garden, complete the picturesque scenario.GUIDED TOURS AND WINE TASTINGThroughout the year, we offer guided tours of the cellars, the oil mill and the "orciaia" with explanatory tours of the winemaking techniques and olive pressing. The tours conclude with a tasting of the products of Principe Corsini.

We had a wonderful visit with our Tuscan friends. Our goal was to inquire about the winery and cooking school. We ended up spending several hours talking and sampling the wines and olive oil. We will definitely return for a cooking class on our next trip to Tuscany.

I probably wouldn't have went to tour here, if it hadn't been part of a touring package but was glad we had this opportunity to tour. Most impressive was our docent whose pride and extensive knowledge of the Villa's history and regarding the owners and their family was most thorough. The Villa records and artifacts are extensive and on display... More

Stopped for light lunch on Vespa tour, with wine tasting thrown in. Very tasty, lived the bread and olive oil. Have very cool wine making facilities in the back and a beautiful garden. Bought a wine back. Highly recommended.

The wine testing comprises only three sort of wines. Food below average. The tour was very good and the staff very friendly

We were here for fantastic vine and olive oil degustation. The story of the family owning villa and producing vine and olive oil here is really stunning! They served fantastic home-made food and vine is more than excellent! Definitely worthy to visit!

Truly sublime food and wine, and wonderfully attentive service. Lamb and pork was to die for, as was the homegrown sparkling Chianti rose, homegrown organic vegetables and homemade deserts. Looking forward to going back tomorrow for their winery tour and another dinner!!

Me and my wife saw a sign on the road and simply drove here without any planning. We had a wine-tasting combined with a 3-course lunch. Probably the best meal we had on this trip!

We visited as part of a wine tour. We loved exploring the grounds and the historic cellar as we learned about the history of the space and the winemaking process. The wines we tried were world class. The sparking rosé was a favorite, and we really enjoyed the Chiantis we sampled. The olive oil was the best we have ever... More

I visited with my family, during a summer, the first barrel cellar and then tasted some very interesting Chianti (95% Sangiovese 5% Colorino) with grapes ripening for 1 and 2 years in steel and wood barrels of 500 litres and 225 litres (called barrique). Wonderful vineyard and olive trees estate on gentle hills nearby. Highly suggested.

We stayed in the adjoining farmhouse a few years ago and it is just charming. Cooking school at the main house for 10 was incredible . Far enough from Florence to give you the real feel for Tuscany!!! Definitely worth the visit!!!!
