We tasted an impressive chardonnay from this estate while having appertivos in Florence. We were quite pleased, and happy as we were going to visit the estate later that week. We were not disappointed. The caves range from very modern to very ancient. The chardonnay was aged in the oldest part of the cellar, and that dated from the 1500s.... More

We did not any reservations but when we showed up the staff was very friendly. This was our first tasting in Tuscany but did not have a lot of time. We sampled a few wines and the lady that helped us (forgot her name) steered us more to what was a true Tuscany red. We bought a few bottles and... More

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending a morning on a jeep tour through the vineyards and the cellars at Felsina a couple of weeks ago. We scheduled a jeep tour of the vineyards where we were able to see the grapes drying in the ranch house, watch pheasants running through the property all with beautiful views. The... More

Fèlsina might not appear as outstanding as some other wineries around tuscany at first sight. But what a great surprise it was when we just showed up with no reservation and a very friendly staff made sure to guide us through a tour followed up by a wine tasting. The location is beautiful. We went on a couple and they... More

We turned up with a young baby of 8 months with no reservation for the wine tasting and tour, we were made to feel very welcome. We ended up getting a tour ourselves because they didn't have any bookings until the afternoon, we've never been on one of these wine tasting tours before, we found that the tour guide had... More

We visited with our 9 mo baby and dog. Having booked over email we ended up turning up an hour early - the gentleman on reception could not have been more helpful and he ended up giving us our own private tour so we didn't have to wait for an hour. Fascinating seeing the cellars, very informative and great tasting... More

In July we booked a tour of the Felsina winery and a tasting for two couples with young kids. We really enjoyed the tour, the estate is stunning and our guide was wonderful - very passionate and knowledgeable. The tour lasted 40 minutes and the tasting was around an hour. We sampled several of the wines and greatly appreciated the... More

I visited Felsina with a group of students and enjoyed an olive oil tasting rather than a wine tasting (due to the age group of the students.) The staff were friendly, helpful and flexible. The tour of the vineyard, olive oil presses and part of the farm was interesting and the gentleman who explained how everything worked was charming and... More

My wife and I visited with her family as part of a three winery tour we arranged. We were warmly greeted by Carlotta, our friendly guide. The tour was very informative, the property was beautiful and the wines were exceptional. I highly recommend reserving the tour and tasting with antipasti. The selection of meats and cheeses given to us to... More

We booked a tour with lunch at Felsina - and I highly recommend. The winery is lovely, and the tour guide was sweet and very knowledgeable. The property is beautiful - breathtaking. After the tour we did a combined tasting with lunch - at 30 Euro per person - it was an incredible deal. The lunch was served in a... More
