I have spent a week with Blu Infinito, getting my PADI advanced open water diver certificate and fun dives for the rest of my stay. All the crew were very friendly and helpful, I was getting help for even non diving related topics. They took us to the all the best dive sites around the marine protected areas of Tavolara and Molara islands, making sure that each time we see something different and amazing. Overall I have had a very enjoyable time with them, and would recommend everyone in the Coda Cavallo-San Teodoro region to check out Blu Infinito!…

I very rarely bother with reviews but this time a good one is due. We have dived with many different operations in different parts of the world and have a pretty good idea of how dive centres operate and we have to say this one is right there at the top. Fabio runs a very smooth operation starting from the initial email communication all the way to your last day of diving. All staff were brilliant, kudos to Consuelo and Martino. In terms of kit the rental gear is top notch (Scubapro) and in good condition. The boat is perfect for diving and there is plenty of space for your gear, I also took my camera and all staff were willing to help and careful with it. Dive sites are within 15min which is pretty quick. The diving, you typically leave around 9am in the morning and do 2 tank dives with a 1h interval on the boat (cookies and tea/water available). You are back to the dive centre around 1pm and they will have everything ready for you to clean your gear and put it in a box with your name for the following day. All done by 1.30pm so you can spend the rest of the day on the beach. Best sites in my opinion are Secca del Pappa I and II in Tavolara - MOD around 35m After the 1st dive (deeper dive) they will take you to a 2nd shallower dive near Isola Molara.…

Fabio runs a great diving operation. He was a pleasure to work with, and he happily answered the myriad of questions I had before and after booking because I am both unusually picky, and I am unfamiliar with Sardinian diving. He was a great sport. He recommended accommodation for us within walking distance of the dive center so that we wouldn’t need a rental car and he personally shuttled us to the airport for a steep discount compared to the taxis. Basically, I can’t imagine a reasonable request that he wouldn’t do his absolutely best to accomodate. Helping run the shop was Andrea who has a great friendliness and sense of humor. Unfortunately we spent the least time with him since he had students that weren’t to open water diving yet. Martino is super enthusiastic and seems always to be absolutely sincere and passionate about service and diving. He is an example of the best of Italian hospitality. I enjoyed listening to Martino brief his Junior Open Water students during one surface interval before their next training dive. He was clear and calm, exciting and reassuring, and he spoke respectfully like he was talking to a peer, but still very much staying on their level on age and dive (in)experience, and all while they were all using what I assume was their second language. Marty is just a natural teacher and I would unreservedly recommend him if your looking for a certification. The whole crew were great folks in and out of the water. I’m not sure when I’ll have another chance to dive in the Tavolara Marine Park, but when I do, Blu Infinito will be my dive center. …
