Angelita took us through the steps on how they make their olive oil, and it was fascinating! We were able to sample all of their oils after learning about the different nuances of each, and they were delicious! My whole family walked away with several olive oils and other products and a wonderful morning spent with the nicest people!

My family was treated to a wonderful tour of this facility by Angelita. We have a much better understanding of how the olives are processed into oil. Seeing am 1100 year old olive tree is pretty amazing! After the tour we enjoyed an oil tasting where we enjoyed each of the products. It was delicious. Thanks for a great experience!

I visited here as part of a cycling tour, and had been looking forward to it as I really had very little idea of how olive oil is made, although I do love it. It was amazing to think that some of the olive trees were 100's of years old, if not 1,000, and that the people who owned the Aziendo were the results of generations of ownership. The tour was very interesting regarding the different types of olive oil that are made, and you can see the types of equipment that are used. Following the tour, there was a visit to the original trulli, and examples of the different oils were available for tastings with fresh bread. It is remarkable that the tastes can be so different. There were also tastings of salad dressings made from grape must and his, really delicious. Obviously there was a shop to buy any products that you liked, something which not everyone appreciated, but I certainly did as this quality of product is not easy to find where I live. I bought a selection of the olive oils, both the grape must and fig dressings, an olive oil face cream (smells delicious), and a rather large bag of almonds. All the products are organic and fresh, and worth every penny. In todays world, a business founded on family and traditional organic processes has to be appreciated.
